"FILM 2" new effect , Does it have a problem or is it me?!!!	Can't Post

Does the Film 2 effect seem to be too shaky and jumpy to you guys as well or is it just me?
It looks good when you use the preview button, but when I play back the effect I created, it keeps jumping up and down too much and there is no way to slow it down.
I know it is suppose to look like truefilm, but I have never seen true film look so bad!
Does anybody else see this problem or is it me?!
