The First annual Casablanca Wedding sampler!
Hello Everyone!
It’s time. Time to be sure we are at the top of our game!
Producing the finest in wedding video and adding those elements the
brides love!
Did you ever wonder what your Casablanca machine could do? Why don’t we find out together. Lets share ideas and help each other keep those creative juices flowing.
It is especially important to distinguish ourselves from the pack!
I encourage all of you to participate in the First annual Casablanca Wedding
Sampler
To update all of you:
I have participated in a sampler video the last two years and have gotten many wonderful ideas from other videographers. Then one day I was reading a post by Tim Kennelly about exchanging videos. I then had the idea why not make a Casablanca Users Only wedding sampler video. So we can see what other Casablanca users are doing with their machines.
This videotape is a NON-PROFIT venture! In the interest of sharing
The final videotape is sent to all participants only (NO EXCEPTIONS)
For a small fee of $10.00
Here are the details:
The 2002 Casablanca Wedding Sampler

We are putting together a videotape, which will include
"Love Stories", "Special Openings and Closings"
A section or second videotape of DEMOS!
The scope of the videotape(s)
The videotape will be comprised of four sections:
1/ Love Stories
2/ Openings on wedding videos
3/ Closings on the wedding videos
4/ Wedding Demos
You may contribute one segment from each of these sections if you wish
(Please indicate under what category each segment should be used)
Please keep each segment under 10 minutes, if possible.
Your name and studio will be included on a screen as the sample appears.
IN ADDITION:
PLEASE:
Please provide a few details of the type of Casablanca editing system
you used on the job as well as the upgrades your machine has. Also, your camera type and any other special information that may be helpful in understanding your style or techniques.
The Price $10, in the USA… $25 elsewhere (to cover shipping)
$10 for compiling, editing, duplicating and mailing the videotapes will be fair.
I believe in order to be fair to everyone, only those
people submitting video clips will be permitted to receive a copy of the
finished tape. That way, we can legitimately 'share' our ideas.
If you wish to be included, Please send your tape (S-VHS or mini DV
please) to me along with your $10.
Deadline for submission of tapes
The deadline is August 1, 2002 (Be sure to read the special instructions
below)
Special Instructions
This wedding sampler is open to only those whose have edited their submission
on a Casablanca Editing system.
To release ourselves from any potential legal problems, you must sign the
attached waiver in order to be included in the video (my lawyer told me so)
Be sure a check for $10 is made out to Ted Oldiges. Be sure to include your
business name and shipping address.
No submitted videotape will be returned and we may not use a submission
if it is deemed pornographic in any way.
Ted Oldiges will not try to figure out, what is what, and who is who, if
information is not provided properly.
In the interest of good taste, we reserve the right to determine which
Tapes may be included in the compilation.
Some videos may not be included if the compilation reel runs over 2
hours.
NOW THE LEGAL STUFF:

am submitting a videotape to be used in the Casablanca Wedding sampler, being
produced by Ted Oldiges. This videotape will be used strictly for viewing
by the participants in the offer. I release Ted Oldiges, his company and
all his employees and family from any potential copyright issues for my
portion of the videotape. I am participating in the video project at my
own will and request
