Hi Chris,
Go to the MSUS'Bulletin Board there you will find the info on the DV upgrade. Most of the dealers are also doing the upgrade.
I called mine last Thursday & they were expecting the DV boards etc next week. This is a great option as you won't have to ship it out. The board also lists the dealers performing the service.

: Has any one recieved their AVIO dv upgrades yet? I got my letter months ago but cannot find out any info about when we will actually get the firewire.I thought on the casablanca web page that they would let us know but only found shipping info about the KRON.
