Akaba Can't Post

Urgent help needed! I have up to two hours of footage in which one or two faces need to be blotted out but all attempts to do this via Akaba's keyframes function has frustratingly failed! It seems impossible to get the coloured circle chosen to blot out the faces, in exactly the right place - it frequently ends up for part of the scene - to one side or above the head etc. I spent 6 hours on one 9 second shot of a man walking down some steps and along a pavement and never once got it perfect!! It just doesn't seem possible to be specific enough - the target cross and the box in which it appeares - seem exasperatingly to be of no significance at all in pin-pointing where the rendered circle will appear. Surely there is some other way to do this - other than hit and miss 'guess work'? The manual doesn't really explain anything other than the basics. I have an urgent project which depends on me 'cracking' this function on Akaba. If any one can help or has experience of doing this kind of work, please E-Mail me as soon as you can. Many thanks. L.
