Anyone using the JVC SRVS30?? Can't Post

We are contemplating purchasing this unit to input and record from the KRON and take some wear and tear off the PD 150. Anyone have anything good or bad to say about this??
Thanks in advance.

We use one here at Hillsong Television for one of our mobile editing suites. The unit is quite handy, escpecially for timecode-dubbing from miniDV to VHS for logging. We have the unit connected to a dual processor Mac with Final Cut Pro.
The unit along with the PD150's are used for TV & Media school students to edit their assignments and projects. This is our low-end editing suite. We also have various Final Cut Pro, Avid, and Media 100 suites.
