Avio; Reclaiming Disk Space Can't Post

I have 4 Avios and I am having a common problem between them. When video is recorded onto the hard drive over one or several sessions and it comes time to delete the scenes. The scenes are removed from the scene bin and after checking available recording time, the disk space shows to have been released. Now I start recording and at some point in the first session or maybe 3rd or 4th session I will get a "disk full" message but still show recording time available. Does anyone else have this problem? The only way I have found to correct this is to make a "new project". This seems to correct and clear the disk space. Problem being, I loose all my saved audio clips and video clips. Draco's response is a software problem, and hope to find a fix. I am running on the latest verson out. I hope this problem and be corrected soon. Anyone know any fixes?

Deleting scenes places them in a trash bin. They still remain on the hard drive. They will be fully deleted by doing one of three things. Either change projects, select new project or shut down the AVIO. However, if you want to keep audio & video scenes already in the project DON'T select NEW Project as that will wipe
out (erase)everything assigned to that project.

Thanks for your response. I have tried changing projects and shutting down. This still does not ensure the space is recalaimed. It does not happen all the time but just when you need it the most it gives disk full message. I used one for football games, feeding in directly into the avio. The games would range from 120 to 180 min. long. worked fine all season. But this avio started giving trouble with disk full just last week. Talked with Draco today and they say it is a software problem and they are working on a soultion. They think maybe in the next 3 or 4 weeks.

I just got my avio, and i have had problems, but have found sort of a pattern to them. I think I will be doing long programs, and flowing them together on the Avio, once brought in from another system I use on a PC. What version of software do you have that is not letting you recover your space?
Thank You.
