Can't finish	Can't Post

I have an Avio w/80 gig hd. When I try to run my project out to the VCR it goes part of the way through the project and then stops. It returns to the "record to VCR" screen as if it was done. This is a 90 min project and it never does it in the same place. If I watch the tape and see which clip it stops on, I then go in and just replace that clip with the same one and it's OK but then it does it somewhere else. Most of the time its around a title, but not always. Any ideas?
