Cold Frozen AVIO	Can't Post

I recently had the 80 gig installed by an authorized dealer as well as the lastest software and the Pro package.
The Avio will just freeze to a green screen or to one with the Avio icons. You finally have to just unplug it because the trackball will not do anything. This occurs at least once or twice a day. Sometimes you lose some material.

the same thing with my Avio MSUS thinks it's the mother board or video board 300 to 700 to fix I am taking it to Boulder this week to have them look at it. I live in Denver so not too far
