DMR-T2020 OT	Can't Post

Hi,
We have a Panasonic DMRT2020 for our low profile stuff.
Well, a client of our calls me up and says that his DVD wont play on his DVD-ROM drive in his brand new spanking computer.
Well, with such wonder, I tried it out my self on all of our computers' DVD Rom drives and it does not work with any of them.
At work, we use Windows 2000 with PowerDVD versions 2.5 to 4.0
But this will work in all of our Pioneer A03 drives and the dvds that we burn with the A03 will play in our DVD-Rom drive.
Thanks, for any ideas or tips
