Edirol DV-7 Can't Post

Does any one in this forum have info on the Edirol DV-7 NLE. I would like to know how and if it compares to the Cassie or KRON.
Thanks

Here in the UK, although the DV-7 was promised in February 2001 it still has not been released and there is no date set for its release.

Released about 45 days ago in the US the EDIROL DV-7 is a great componant for an existing studio or works fantastically as a standalone NLE. Using the NATIVE DV signal as it's medium the
"VideoCanvas" (as it's also called) truly provides broadcast quality output for not alot of cash. It is a great machine with a great potential for users interested in using a contemporary time-line style of editing. Ask your favorite video dealer for a demo.
