Hard Drive Problem Can't Post

Hi All,
I just purchased the Cassie(060 v2.7.1 with firewire) a week ago and am very excited about it. I do have a question about hard drives, though.
Based upon what I have read and heard, I decided to buy Draco's 4GB hard drive and buy larger drives from third parties.
Just got the Seagate 18GB per Draco's specs: Ultra SCSI 2 or higher and narrow configuration and bought a sled from my Draco rep. Unfortunately, the parts arrived Fri and I arrived home after Draco has closed.
After mounting the drive in the sled, I inserted the new drive and powered up. The Cassie will not get past the Cassie logo to the main screen. I inserted the original drive and it still works fine.
Both drives are set to SCSI ID=0 and both have termination enabled. The only other thing I can set would be Terminator Power to either:1-TP from Drive; 2-TP to SCSI Bus; 3-Drive furnishes power both to its own terminators and to SCSI bus; or 4-TP from SCSI Bus.
Does anyone know which setting is correct? Or am I on the wrong track altogether?
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob
