How do one transfer pictures from a PC to Avio? Can't Post

Hi All,
I received a cd with 300+ pictures that need to be tranferred to VHS. I have a PC and an Avio. What is an cost effective way to transfer the jpeg picture files to my Avio. I have the standard Avio with upgrade consisting of 80gb hd, special effects, title effect. I do not have the propack, photo transfer nor the pc link. Can anyone share with me how this process work. Any PC link users... how are the pictures when tranferred to the Avio. Also what type of card should I purchase if I want to be able to transfer the picture files by way of a video out capture card.

CD-R photo transfer tip Can't Post

Tip for transferring photos to the hard drive:

The Panasonic progressive scan DVD player, DVD-S35 has a slide show feature for CDs with JPG photo files.
It automatically formats the photo to the size of the screen if the photo is large enough. You can output the S-Video output to the Kron or Cassie/Avio for transferring JPG photos to the hard drive. Slide show settings allow variable times for each photo. Record the output onto the hard drive, add transitions and music and go. Quality holds up very well, good large size jpgs look sharp and clear with S-video input. It can play however many images are on the CD, but it seems to stop counting them after 3000. It's a fast simple way to get lots of digital images into the hard drive.
The unit is only 99.99 at Circuit City, probably less elsewhere. It plays almost everything except RW, including mp3, wma, jpg, DVD, DVD-R, DVD-RAM, and others.
After it is set up to play the slide shows the first time, you just put in the CDR and let the player alone for a moment. After the front panel display shows the total number of photos on the CD, push the play button.
Set the time of the slides for a few seconds longer than you want to capture. Then, in the record screen of the Kron/Avio, change the mode from normal capture to "time" and then choose the amount of time to record to the hard drive. After each picture on the CD is fully visible on screen, just hit the record button. It will record the picture for the set amount of time, and should be ready to record the next one when the slide show moves on.
I'm sure there are other players that have a slide show feature, but this is one that I'm aware of that is reasonably priced.
Hope this helps you.
