I need to hire a Casablanca Editor in L.A.	Can't Post

I am working on a number of projects that require me to turn them around quickly. I use a PC with Miro DV300 and Premiere. I used to have a Cassie. I wish I had it now as for quickly editing a project, you can't beat it!!
Anyway I need someone in the L.A. area, preferably the Valley, to take my rough Mini DV tape that has ALL CLIPS IN ORDER and just trim them to size, add a couple of bumpers and basically clean up my footage so I can get onto the next project. The editor will need a Casablanca WITH DV IN and a deck to run the master off on. (tapes are around 1.5 to 2 hrs long)
I am producing Instructional videos on how to run some computing equipment so all the shots are just a shot of me followed by a close up of the equipment, followed by me...and so on. Some titles every now and then, followed by a dozen or so bumpers over the titles and we're done.
I would do this myself if I had the time, but I thought it would be a good way for an enthusiast to make back some of their investment. Once we dial this process in, we can knock them out in no time flat.

I guess Las Vegas is too far?
