I need to hire someone in LA that has a SONY DHR-1000 DV Deck	Can't Post

I have a number of projects that are on multiple mini-dv cassettes and I need to transfer them to standard DV cassettes so that they can be used by my duplicator.
If you have the sony dack that can do this, I can come over and transfer the minis onto your deck (and pay you for your time of course) If I am lucky, I will find someone in the San Fernando Valley, but if not anywhere in LA should do.

You might also consider transferring your tapes to BetaSP.
A couple of years ago I had a very bad experience with a
major duplicator that nearly ended in a lawsuit. It didn't after I hired an attorney, but who needs that grief!
All duplicators are used to working from Beta masters so you might consider it. I know a guy in Kansas who does a good
job of dubbing from mini DV if you haven't found someone
local. Drop me an email if you want me to look up his name.
