PC link Can't Post

I purchased the PC link a while ago but can not get it to work. Have Avio with Pro Pack software. All software installed but the PC tells me that the USB cable connection could not be detected and if I want to make a serial connection.Other USB connected peripherals work OK. Nothing shows up in the program manager Windows 98SE to tell me the Avio is connected.
What is going wrong?

Re: PC link Can't Post

Are you located in the States?
If so I don't believe PC-Link has yet been released here.
As I understand it there was a bug in the CD Program for the PC.
PC Link is designed to work with Windows XP.
Did you also get the program for the AVIO. You will also need a serial number based code to activate it on your AVIO.
I believe they will be releasing it here in the states within a few weeks. After they work out the NTSC bugs.
