Thanks for all of the suggestions! Is there a way to have black and white and one object in color using the casablanca editor?

Yes- the software add on called "Blue Box World" claims to do this. I think you can also do it with Akaba paint software add on too. Have not tried that yet.

Can you make Pictures 10 or 15 float around screen what is the name of software that can do this

It's pretty neat, but does require a PC and firewire cable for transfer of resulting DV quality footage, but it also includes scene transitions, title effects, and fast/slow motion effects. Not bad for about $70. Pinnacle Studio Version 8.
