Casablanca Claro menu in black&white or pulsing colors. Any ideas? Can't Post

Today, i turned on my Casablanca Claro, and it was in black & white. I played a color video on the machine and it too was in B&W. Then, for no reason I can fathom, the screen started blinking red and green. I have turned it on and off several times and the same thing happens. 1st B&W, then flashing. Anybody had this problem?

Thanks for the help in advance!

Remove your existing cables that connect your Claro to your monitor/TV and replace them with new ones.

My Claro is new with new cables. I even switched the video cable I was using so I don't think this is the problem. I think the problem is in the machine. Does you're answer imply that you have seen this problem with the claro, or that sometimes bad cables have this effect? Thanks John K!!!!!!

If it is not the cables, nor the ports on the back of your monitor that are bad, then contact their live tech support at: 303-801-1010 for further advice, or you can email them with your unique problem at: support@macrosystem.us

Best of luck,

John

Which monitor do you have connected to your Claro... you may know the Claro is set-up for monitoring out to a VGA monitor. After boot-up you could monitor using the composite video port after selecting such in your System Settings window.
