Unwanted B/W on projects Can't Post
Hey all,
I have an Avio DV with a 40 gig HD and the Pro Software. I have 10 projects on my system. The first outputs perfectly to my VHS VCR. The other 9 projects are outputting in Black and White only. I've recorded them with the same equiptment, and they appear on screen during the output in full color. Only the VHS tape is bad. Any thoughts on why this is?
I'd love to do a system wipe and reinstall the software, but I have a huge project that I can't delete yet...and when it's done, I'll need it in color.
Help, please?

Check the SYSTEM SETTINGS and be sure you are set to output via YC or CVBS, as appropriate to the input of your deck.

Scott,
In addition to Bob's suggestion to ensure your output is correctly set - make certain your cables are in the proper SCART (if you are using an S-video cable, you should have your SCART in the lower jack).
And if you are using an S-video cable for export - check to ensure all the pins are intact. Just one missing or bent pin on the S-video connector can produce a mono-chrome signal!
