hard drives Can't Post

I have several cassie classic hard drive sleds with bad hard drives in them. Can I replace them myself? Do they need to be formatted in any certain way?

Yes, you can replace them yourself. You will need a disk with the OS on it to initiate the drive. If you have questions beyond this I am happy to direct you to our reseller who is handling all our Casablanca Classic service and sales.

Chet

I would like to know what kind of hard drive to buy to put into the sled? I do have OS disks. Thanks.

SEAGATE and IBM/Hitachi are the most widely recommended SCSI drives for the Classic (7200 RPM). Hope that helps!
