Amphibico VH-1000 housing leakage update

I hear about leakage probs with the handles...here's something different.
Used a new VH-1000 housing in Turks and Caicos this past April. Three days into videoing, I got leakage LEDs flashing at 80 feet. There was no water inside the housing and the camera was fine. I returned the housing to Amphibico...they now ask you ship to upstate NY and they take if from there. Great!
Problem was diagnosed as water into the microphone which shorted out the system. Fortunately they changed the mic design in the VH-1000 to prevent flooding the housing.
