Sony SPK-DVF5 housing with Sony TRV-950	Can't Post

Hello all. Does anyone have first-hand knowledge of a TRV-950 working in an SPK-DVF5 housing? All of the websites on the SPK-DVF5 definitely say it's compatible (including Sony's), yet I got an email from Rob at camerasunderwater.co.uk saying that it's not. Can anyone give me any clues to clear up this conflicting information??
I'd really love to buy that specific housing because I don't dive yet, I just want to protect the cam from rain, sand, mud, etc...and therefore can't justify spending $1000+ on a true underwater housing.

Rob from camerasunderwater.co.uk kindly cleared up the misinformation. The TRV-950 is definitely compatible with the SPK-DVF5 Sport Pack.
