I really want to get into the macro realm without having to replace my housing. I have found a +2.0 diopter that fits into the housing but what result will it really give looking through a dome port? For real results will I have to shop for a flat port housing? Any thoughts?

The best answer - try it and see if it works! You could even do this in your bathtub.
