Confused on color and print setting Can't Post

I'm using PS Elements and Epson R220 printer with Ink Caddy II. I can't for the life of me figure out why my colors don't print the way they look on screen. I've tried every combination of settings in PS and Epson Software. Golds on the screen print green.

I can choose a goldish color with color management set to "Always Optimize for Printing" and when I change to "No Management" the gold turns to green. So I can leave it set to "No Management" and change the green back to gold and print......it prints looking green.Unsure

I hope I am explaining this well enough so someone may be able to explain to me what's going on.

This all started when I built my new PC and installed the ink caddy.....did both at the same time.

Thanks
Tim

Re: [Tim A] Confused on color and print setting [In reply to] Can't Post

I've had the same problems. Once I changed ink cartridges on my 220 nothing prints right. My colors are off and my photos are always too dark despite any adjustments I make. I've pretty much given up on printing anything at home except documents, its just too painful.
