DVD photoshop template needed.

Does anyone have a DVD template I could use in photoshop CS2 to design artwork and then print to printable DVD's with Epson R200? I don't like Epson Print CD too much. But the printer prints beautifully on DVD's, People always look at them and say 'WOW', that's nice.
