Hi!,

What's the best setting in Photoshop CS to get sharp images on TV?

Odd Field or Even Field?

Duplication or Interpolation?

Generally you want Even/Lower Field and Interpolation, but it will also be dependent on your image.
I'd suggest that you capture a frame that you'll be overlaying and use it as a lower layer in PShop to doublecheck it.

In Photoshop, I usually go to filter video deinterlace if I want a video still then just save it. I looks fine when I play it on a NLE.
