I want to have my video clips look their best when made into a print. Jaggies etc.
ALSO........what size should I make them for video.

If you are going to use frame grabs from your NLE for any kind of web graphic, I suggest these steps:

1. get the image from your NLE into supplied format (jpg, png, bmp...maybe)
2. Load it into CS.
3. Filter > De-interlace
4. Add a Levels adjustment layer to it via the layer pallete.
5. Play with the levels for the best color correction.

If you are using a frame grab for the internet or printing it. Dont for get to resize the height to width to keep the frame grab from looking squashed down by changing the height to 536 from 480 DO NOT change the width just the height.
