Photoshop Ques Can't Post

I know this might not be the right forum but i used to use Microsoft picture it but then i switched tomac so now i got adobe photoshop. It is alot different. Can someone tell me how to change the pic sixeof a pic you import into another project,

That depends on what you mean by "size". If you just want to change the relative size, then:
-in the original image, Select All. Copy.
-open the target image. Paste.
-Edit/Transform/Scale. Drag the edges of the image to the new size. Double click to apply the transformation.
