R300 Question	Can't Post

I have been using a R300 for some time to print directly on DVD's, Lately I have noticed that its giving me a error just after it trys to pull the DVD and holder into the printer, But if I give it a very slight nudge it will pull it in and work perfectly. Could it need cleaned or something ? Has this happened to anyone else ?

Needing to give the DVD tray a nudge to start it is a very common occurrence with these printers.

Nothing can be done about it except to give it the nudge it needs.

Try wiping your rollers with a damp cloth (not paper towel) to remove any dust that may have built up. You might also try one of those printer cleaning sheets.
If all else fails, try this.

...hasn't happend to my R200 yet, but I recall an earlier post in this or another forum where a user corrected the problem by putting a couple of strips of tape on the bottom of the tray to thicken it up and give it some traction.
