Tutorial needed for "torn" paper Can't Post

I need a tutorial to show a part of a wedding invitation that has been torn at the bottom, top, and sides. I tried cutting 1 of the invitations (i have 2) and the edges are too sharp. I'm sure you saw this effect before especially used during voting time. Can anyone help. Thanks.

Tear some paper and scan it then copy those edges onto your work. You will aslo find these ready elements on any scrap booking site.
