bug/watermark - How to? Can't Post

A while back someone either here or somewhere online posted a tutorial on how to make a little 3d bug/watermark for the corner of your video. I have a memorial tribute that was created for a funeral home and they want to show it at a senior fare/tradeshow. I thought it would be cool to put a little bug/watermark in the corner to keep the funeral service company name on the screen all the time.

What I have now is a graphic of a horse drawn carriage and their name across the top on a transparent background. What do I do from here to make it 3d. I'm not a power user in photoshop so this technique eludes me.

Thanks for any help.

Shouldn't TV's Discovery Channel be on a different station every day?

Do you have Encore? It will do it. Or in Photoshop, take that picture, make a duplicate (right-click), do "extract" to clear out the background, save without background, bring into Premire (I'm assuming here) and overlay the video, turn transparency down. Or.....punt...
