pro - photoshop images Can't Post

i am editing on pro, after grabbing a still frame i want to place some different filters on the frame in photoshop cs, that's done but when i bring back the adjusted frame back in to pro, everyone is distorted in the frame (fat). is there a setting i have wrong. don't see a maintain aspect ratio like there was in previous versions of premiere.
any suggestions,
thanks

You must change the dimensions of the image from 720x480 to 720x540. Careful not to change the width, leave it at 720. The height needs to be changed to 540.

the image will look stretched on your computer monitor. But when brought into your nle, it will appear normal on your NTSC monitor.
