Photoshop CS (version 7) and later has a redeye elimination tool built in, but you can fix this in earlier versions too. Zoom in close. select an area in the red. Use the "select similar" and other selection tools to select additional pixels, until all the red area is selected. Use the color balance tools to change the area to black tones.
