I still think a lot of videogs won't spend the money on
it when they're use to iRiver pricing.
Brack correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't the IRivers retailing for $199 for the 1GB version.
The H2 will provide much more record ability then the IRivers ever did. And considering you get the option of using removabel SD mdeia cards with up to 4GB in size. The it will most likely be a no brainier for videographers for an IRiver replacement.
After all lets face it, most videographers are cheap when it comes to purchasing equipment, especially audio. And as such, I see this little unit being a huge hit with event folks, just for price alone.
If the unit even performs half as good as it might, then it will still surpass what the IRivers ever were.
Remember, I was never a real fan of the IRiver units, as many failed on me. Not to mention the audio was never up to par for me, except for vocal (speech) capture.
