SD cards for H2 Can't Post

I have read some different posts about memory cards for the H2 zoom. I know there is an 8gb card from Transcend that Michael recommends but I don't want to put 8gb of material on one card and lose it and be out of luck. I am thinking 4gb or 2gb cards and having multiple ones. Set up one for a board feed and one for a PA stack recording and one for ambient instrument recording. When you plug them in the unit will set itself to the settings on the card (at least I think I understand that they do that). I plan to record wav files at 48/16 for most implementations. I think that will be plenty good enough for my work.

My question is will any 4gb card work or do I need one of those SDHC cards that have been mentioned. I see posts that this card works fine and it isn't SDHC and this one works and is SDHC....etc....

So whats the scoop? I don't want to invest in cards that won't work properly.

Just for the record, the Transcend SDHC cards seem to get the best results all around with most recorders.
The SDHC cards have a better writability rate, making them great for high speed usage, like photo burst shooting or audio recording.

That's a pretty good idea with having presets on cards for different uses.
