It really depends on your platform and NLE you work with. With Sony Vegas on the PC side it's easy. You simply sync up your starting points of audio, and then your ending points, and at/click/drag/hold your audio clip and drag (time stretch out your audio) it out until your end audio points line up. Or you can enter in the time difference if you happen to know it to change it's play rate. I'm real glad that I don't need to worry about syncing with the H2 as my editing style isn't documentary linear style, as I create vignettes of video and piece them together. I only use the H2 for music audio recording needs (live instruments, micing DJ stack. So syncing audio isn't a concern for me in this case. If I was relying on it for audio for an entire ceremony or live play recital then it might be. I ahven't found a good syncing workflow in FCP yet, as Vegas rocks for audio (it was originally an audio editor), and FCP really sucks in comparison. Michael Cameras: I do use them. Audio: Yes, it does come with audio if you like. Software: I am learning... Support: I need all that i can get. Computer: MAC BABY!
