Capturing from 12bit dual audio source mode Can't Post

I used wireless on one channel, on board mic on another. When I capture do I have to capture each channel separately (left than right) or at same time?

Are you speaking of 12-bit using the ST1 and ST2 audio tracks (4-channel)?
In any case, how you capture depends on your capture software. Some will capture it all in one pass placing each audio channel in separaet .WAV files, other may put the ST2 in separate .WAV files and ST1 audio with the video.
