Cature Conference Table Audio?	Can't Post

I'm working alone, can't use boom mic, I want to capture main speaker presenting a case study to nine colleagues who will all comment on presented case - I can put a wireless lav on main speaker, and try a flat, boundry mic connected to a wireless, to my 2 channel mixpre to my XL2 - Any other suggestions, potential problems?

Can you get another mixer?
This is the way we do the school board meetings.
We use a four channel mixer attached to the camera XLRs
We space 3 PZM mic between committee members
the 4th mic is a wireless. If can get a snake it would help as well.

It's not perfect but I hope it gives you an idea.
