Conversion of 8mm film to mini digital Can't Post

Who can properly convert 16 or 18 fps 8 mm film to 30 fps digital that you have been happy with using? Names? Web site?
And is there a noticable diference over just recording off the screen?
If you know the cost, throw it in!
Thanks
Dana

We are Cinepost here in Atlanta. We have a Rank telecine and have Super and reg 8 gate. We also have a Sony DSR11 to to do NTSC and PAL DV and DVcam transfers. We can transfer at almost any speed from 1 to 99fps. Check out our web site at posthouse.com
or call Myron at 404.320.1171 he can probably set you up with a demo and pricing. I am the telecine operator.
