GL1 + DV500 Plus + Premiere 6 Can't Post

Eureka! My DV500 problem can now rest.
I recently upgraded from Premiere 5.1 to Premiere 6.0 directly from Adobe then downloaded the DV500_Full.zip from Pinnacle. The result - well fine and dandy, I now can control my Canon GL1 and my JVC HR-DVS1U from Premiere or from the DVTools. Previously, when I installed my Club-Hollywood FX (not the Hollywood FX Bronze that came with the Premiere 6) it didn't work properly but the problem had been fixed.
----
On 07/27/00 I have posted on this forum:
I have the DV500, (Pinnacle Systems) hooked up with the Canon GL1. It uses Abobe Premiere 5.1 for editing. The card recognizes the Canon GL1 via the DV cable to let me capture my tape into my hard disk via the button on the DV device controller.
The reverse operation is not possible. I cannot control the camera with the same button to Print to DV tape as it says "The connected DV Device does not accept the command. Please try again. Possible reasons: - camera is busy completing a command; - camera is not VTR mode".
The same thing happens if I try to Print to Video from Premiere. In the Output tab of the Settings Pinnacle Systems DV500 displays Canon DM-XM1 instead of Canon GL1.
After registering my card with Pinnacle, I received an upgrade Driver Version 1.1 but the problem still continues. I have heard that Pinnacle is aware of the problem and is trying to fix by releasing the upgrade Driver Version 2.0 (?)
Pls. let me know if anyone encounters the same problem and advise me if there are solutions taken in order to make the DV device controller works properly with the Canon GL1.
Pls. let me know also any truth to the rumor of the coming upgrade Version 2.0 and when it will be available? Your prompt reply and guidance will be appreciated.
