GL1 W2K AP6.0 Capture problem... Can't Post

This problem has developed recently:
When I do capture in AP6.0 with Device Control ON, it would capture the first take fine but after I click Esc, give that file a name and attempt to capture the second take – capture window in AP is black and, after a little while, AP reports – “Capture Device is not available”. After I turn GL1 off, unplug IEEE cable, plug it back and turn GL1 on, I can capture another take, but only one, again!
If I turn Device Control off on AP6.0 and use GL1 controls to start/stop the tape, I can capture multiple takes – no problem.
I have two PCs, TI and NEC IEEE cards, W2k. I have tested JVC DV camera with the same setup and it works fine.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
