Glidecam Pro 2000	Can't Post

I need help! PLEASE.......

Is there anyone out there who uses a Sony VX2000 along with the Glidecam Pro Series 2000? I've recently purchased one and am having the most difficult time balancing the darn thing! Did I buy the wrong one? Please tell me no and please tell me the fix...
