Hi
I have GL1 and want to replace accessory shoe and rubber cover for DC and Mic input. since both damaged now. Anyone has simple instruction or copy of manuals-not whole pages.
Thanks.

Re: [X-Ars_] HELP: Canon GL1 Service Manuals [In reply to] Can't Post

I bought the Service Manual Canon to verify the programming of the memory, however in the service manual it doesn't possess this information.

I can send the manual, however I would like to obtain all of the codes of programming of another Canon GL1.

If you verify the codes in yours, I send a copy of the Manual for you.

Thank you.

In the USA at least you can (or at least could) order/buy the manual from Canon - call their National parts Number for details. Cost is on the order of $50 or so. However, be warned that the service manual is highly technical and of use only to a competent technician.

I have a GL1 cam with zoom problems. I would like to buy a flat-cable e zoom button but I don“t know part number to order them. I am in Brazil and Canon do not sell me the service manual. Can you send me a copy or sell me a copy? I really need because there is no Canon service in Brazil for video cameras.
Thanks a lot
