Has anyone looked at the GL2 head to head with the DVX100? Can't Post

I'm mainly concerned with picture quality. I am putting together an educational video project and was wondering which offers professional quality. I just want to know if the DVX100 is worth the extra cash....

Thanks in advance.

I have seen both side by side - and I still like the GL2's out put video (raw) better. It seems to have better color saturation, cleaner and crisper video. Both images rendered to AVI for WINAMP viewing, the GL2 seems (again) to have better color output. Both were shot in a low light room with no gain, wide open shutter - and the GL2 looked MUCH better DESPITE the fact the the DVX100 is supposed to be better looking in low light.

For my money, the GL2 seems to be a better buy.

Just as a footnote to that, I've compared GL2 and XL2 footage, and it just keeps getting better...

My point is, of course, if frame rate is part of the decision criteria, the XL2 is also worthy of consideration.
