High School Reunion Photo Montage Can't Post

I will be shooting stills with an GL-1 next week at a 20th year high school reunion. The stills will them be put to music and sold as a video photo montage. I have produced similar montage before, but someone else provided me with the stills. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
Thank you.
Al W.

If you have a GL-1, why not shoot video? I do a lot of montages and video really adds another dimension. A combonation of both would be good too!

What do you do about the audio during the video (clips)? Do you blank it out and use background music?

Yes. I would use clips of people smiling, talking, etc and just take out the audio from the video and use the background music. We do "Montage Highlights" from the weddings we shoot and show clips from pre-wedding, the ceremony, and the reception all set to music that the couple choose. No audio, just enough clips to spark memories which is exactly what these video should do!

Shoot in the progressive mode with High TA 1/500 or so (depending on the light of course) so you get crispy pictures.
What capture card do you use?
