How do I view true widescreen off my Canon XL's 16:9?	Can't Post

I shot my entire feature film on the Canon XL's 16:9 option. I'm going to use dv500+ to edit. I believe my computer will read the 16:9 format. But how do I export the finished project to true widescreen format.

you'll need a monitor that can display 16X9 !!!

You are already in 16:9 (not real 16:9, but none of the prosumer cams actually have 16:9 CCDs). Are you trying to letterbox?
