Lav Mic Upgrade for Sennheiser ew100 Series	Can't Post

I used condensor mic from Radio Shack and mic which came with the unit. Want to upgrade in the $200 to $300 range....Any suggestions?

I've worked with a few different mics in my a/v experience, but for 2-3 hundo I don't think you are going to get great results. You could check out a company called TELEX. They provide decent mics in that range.
