Manual white balance. XL1 Can't Post

Gday,
we use 2 XL1's in a fixed indoor setting with 3200K halogen & flourescent lights. They are used once or twice a week at this stage. We manually white balance. If nothing changes from week to week, is it necessary to white balance before we film each time? Or is 1 manual white balance sufficient for several sessions? I know we can use the 32K setting, but I seem to prefer manual.
The only reason I'm asking is, not because I'm too lazy to do it each time, it's because I was asked this question & don't know the answer.
Thanks,

I'd recomend that you do your white balance each time. As the bubbles (the eliments and the gas there in) get older some are inclined to change there colour temprature. It's not a drastic change, if i recall corectly it's somewhere in the reagion of 500K either way. Which could explain why one gets a better picture by doing the manual w/b.
