Milky image? Can't Post

I've been shooting some insert product on gray seamless with soft side light and somtime I get a milky look to the shot. I'm not getting any hits from the light source I'm sure of that, so is it under exposed(my bars are set at 100%). Can I do an internal setting to help contrast? By the way I'm shooting in frame mode/shutter at 30/P-Tech prime lens adapter with Ziess super speed primes....HELP
