System Isolator SI-XL1 Need Help Can't Post

Hi maybe you can help me out.
I have the XL1 with the B&W viewfinder and I just got the System Isolator SI-XL1 from Light Wave Systems that moves the B&W viewfinder forward 60mm. My problem is that the cable that connects to the battery to power up the B&W viewfinder is to shot to plug in. I know that the System Isolator SI-XL1 was made with the stock viewfinder in mind. Is there anything I can do to make this cable longer? It’s the (90 degree) cable I am speaking of.
Thanks
~Mark
