XL1s playback problem... Can't Post

Hi,

I recently recorded some footage on a Sony PD150 mostly on normal miniDV tapes and a couple of DVCAM tapes with the camera set in DVCAM mode.

I am now trying to capture the footage via a friends Canon XL1s onto Adobe Premiere Elements (i had to return the PD150 to it's owner but can get it back if I need to!), i seem to be having problems capturing via the XL1s. It is playing back the footage in slo-motion and the sound is jumping, this is also occuring in the viewfinder so i assume it has something to do with either the format i recorded it in or the camera settings.

Do i need to get the PD150 back and capture from that instead or is there a setting on the XL1s i don't know about?!

Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Thanks!

Borrow the other camera back so you can capture the DVCam tapes. DVCAM records at a different speed.
